Terms of Website Use

About SalesHUD
SalesHUD is the public brand used for this website and for the products and services described on it. Public inquiries may be sent to founder@saleshud.app.
Website Purpose
The website provides information about SalesHUD and allows visitors to submit business inquiries. These Terms govern access to the public website, its informational content, its inquiry forms, and links to third-party services.
No Binding Offer
Descriptions of products, deployments, consulting services, pricing, features, availability, or timelines on the website do not by themselves constitute a binding offer or agreement.
Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a workflow review, exchanging messages, or joining an introductory call does not create a paid engagement or require either party to proceed.
The website has no checkout and does not create an automatic purchase, subscription, renewal, or payment obligation when a form is submitted.
Paid Pilots and Services
Any paid pilot, deployment, product-access arrangement, implementation project, or consulting engagement must be agreed separately in writing.
The applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, or services agreement will privately identify the contracting party and define the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, data handling, governing law, dispute arrangements, and continuation terms.
Public prices require written confirmation. Continuation after a 30-day deployment requires a separate agreement. For paid work, the applicable written agreement overrides these website Terms to the extent the documents address the same subject.
Product Status
SalesHUD is early-stage. Product availability and the supported meeting setup are confirmed during scoping, and functionality may change. Native CRM sync is not currently a standard feature. Export and copy-and-paste workflows may be used, and custom work may be agreed separately.
Software Plus Services
SalesHUD engagements may combine software access with workflow analysis, sales-process consulting, playbook configuration, implementation, assisted usage, review sessions, and rollout recommendations.
No Guarantees
SalesHUD does not guarantee revenue growth, conversion improvement, deal closure, pipeline creation, productivity gains, cost savings, or any other business result.
Call Consent
If a separately agreed pilot processes meeting audio, transcripts, or other call content, the customer is responsible for lawful use, required notices, permissions, and participant consent.
Acceptable Use
Visitors must not:
- use the website unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with website operation or use automation that materially disrupts it;
- impersonate another person or submit fraudulent, abusive, or misleading inquiries.
Intellectual Property
SalesHUD owns or licenses its original website materials and branding. Customer materials remain customer materials, subject to any separate written agreement. Competitor names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to or use third-party sites and service providers. Those parties operate under their own terms, privacy notices, and technical arrangements.
Availability
The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.
Website Disclaimer
The public website and its informational content are provided on an as-available basis. SalesHUD does not promise that website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a visitor's particular purpose.
Website-Use Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SalesHUD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the public website. This section applies only to the public website and does not set a liability cap or other limitation for paid work. Any terms for paid work will be stated in the relevant written agreement.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law for Paid Work
The contracting identity, governing law, dispute forum, and jurisdiction applicable to paid work will be stated in the relevant written agreement.
Changes
SalesHUD may update these Terms when the website or its public inquiry process changes. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date.
