Who Operates the Website
This website is operated under the SalesHUD brand. Privacy inquiries and requests may be sent to founder@saleshud.app.
Additional contracting and data-processing information may be provided privately where a paid pilot or engagement is agreed.
Scope
This Policy covers the public SalesHUD marketing website and its business inquiry forms. The public website does not currently provide customer accounts, online billing, payment processing, call recording, call transcription, or storage of customer call content.
Information Submitted by Visitors
The homepage, comparison-page, and workflow-review forms collect name, work email, company, sales-team size, selected live-call challenge, and privacy-consent confirmation. The contact form collects name, email, an optional company name, message, and privacy-consent confirmation.
When UTM campaign values are present in the website URL, the website stores them for the browser session and sends them with an inquiry. The active forms do not collect payment details, account credentials, call recordings, or call transcripts.
Technical Information
Vercel processes hosting requests and related operational information needed to deliver the requested page, maintain the website, and provide its embedded web-analytics integration. Depending on Vercel's implementation, this may include request time, requested page, browser or device information, and referrer information. SalesHUD does not intentionally add an IP address or user-agent value to inquiry messages.
Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent is accepted. When enabled, the website sends page URL, path, page title, interaction events, and available UTM campaign values. The browser stores the cookie-consent choice and a homepage-variant preference in cookies. Session storage may hold UTM values and a flag used to avoid repeating the same homepage-view event during a session.
How Information Is Used
- respond to inquiries and maintain relevant correspondence;
- assess workflow fit and arrange a workflow review;
- communicate about a requested pilot, deployment, or engagement;
- prevent abuse and operate the website;
- measure aggregate website usage, including through Google Analytics after consent.
SalesHUD does not sell personal information.
Service Providers
- Vercel, for website hosting, operational request processing, and embedded web analytics;
- Google Analytics, for optional analytics after consent;
- Telegram, for delivery of inquiry information to an access-controlled SalesHUD destination.
The website submission route forwards inquiry fields and available UTM values to Telegram. The website code does not write those submissions to a website database and does not use an email-delivery provider for form delivery.
Provider Infrastructure
Service providers may process information using infrastructure located in different countries and according to their own terms, privacy notices, and technical arrangements.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential business relationship, preserve relevant correspondence, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
The public website does not maintain customer-account records, payment-card records, call recordings, or call transcripts.
Call Content
The public SalesHUD website does not record, upload, transcribe, analyze, or store sales calls. Data handling for a separately agreed pilot or deployment will be described privately in the applicable written documentation.
Security
SalesHUD restricts access to inquiry information according to operational need and uses the transport and access protections available through the website and its service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Visitor Requests
Visitors may request access, correction, deletion where appropriate, withdrawal of analytics consent, or information about use. Requests may be sent to founder@saleshud.app and will be considered according to applicable circumstances and legal requirements.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Essential storage preserves cookie choices and the homepage variant. Google Analytics is disabled until analytics consent is accepted. Visitors may reject Google Analytics without losing normal access and may reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer to change the choice. Session storage may preserve UTM values and prevent duplicate homepage-view events during the current browser session.
Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
SalesHUD may update this Policy when the website or its public inquiry process changes. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date.
