Call Data

During use of the HUD overlay, we process:

Audio streams from your meetings (processed in real-time for transcription)
Transcript text generated from audio
Call metadata (duration, participants, timestamp)
Generated cues, suggestions, and notes

Integration Data

If you connect third-party services (CRM, meeting platforms), we may access account notes, contact data, and communication history as permitted by your integration settings.

Usage Data

We collect analytics on feature usage, performance metrics, and error logs to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

To provide the HUD overlay functionality (transcription, cue generation, notes)
To sync data with your connected integrations (CRM, communication tools)

Data Retention

We retain your data based on your configured retention policies. By default:

Call transcripts and notes: 90 days (configurable)
Call recordings (if enabled): 30 days or as configured
Account data: Duration of active account plus 30 days
Billing records: 7 years for compliance

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

Service providers: Infrastructure (AWS), transcription services, and payment processors bound by confidentiality agreements
Your integrations: CRM and communication tools you explicitly connect
