Making pipeline outcomes reliable
SalesHUD was built to solve a simple problem: calls end with vague "circle back" instead of booked next steps. We're building the tool that enforces next-step certainty on every call.
Our mission
Make pipeline outcomes reliable by enforcing next steps on every call
Most revenue leaks happen at the end of calls: no decision, no date, no owner.
Playbooks exist—discovery frameworks, objection scripts, talk tracks. But they fail at wrap-up. Calls end with "I'll circle back," "send me some info," or "let me think about it." No calendar invite. No decision date. Just stalled deals and wishful forecasting.
SalesHUD exists to enforce wrap-up discipline: drift detection → lock → proof.
We detect wrap-up drift in real-time and prompt you to lock a next step before the call ends. Meeting booked OR decision date captured—no vague endings. Then we track proof: Next-Step Set Rate, Time-to-Next-Event, Stalled Share. Track your baseline, prove the lift.
What we measure
Next-Step Set Rate
% of calls ending with a scheduled next event or explicit decision date
Time-to-Next-Event
Days from call to next scheduled meeting/decision
Stalled / No-Decision share
% of opps with no next event within 7 days
Stage hygiene / forecast integrity
Pipeline quality and forecast accuracy tracking
How we started
SalesHUD was born from watching founders and first sales hires lose deals to indecision. Not objections—indecision. Calls that felt productive but ended with "let me think about it" instead of a booked next meeting.
The pattern was clear: reps would build momentum, then lose it in the last 3 minutes. The prospect would signal wrap-up, the rep would match their energy, and both would default to vague next steps. By the time you reviewed the call recording, the deal was already stalled.
We built the first version to detect wrap-up drift and prompt the rep to lock a concrete next step. Then we added proof metrics so teams could track improvement week-over-week. Now we're building it for any sales team that wants pipeline certainty.
We're a small team. We're building with pilot users who give us feedback every week. If you're reading this, you're early.
